What brought you to Grand Rapids and why have you stayed?

Family brought me to Grand Rapids and I have stayed because of the relationships and support circle that I have built here.

What do you think is Grand Rapids' most unique meeting venue?

This a tough question, we really have a lot of meeting spaces that are not your normal, everyday venue..... the most unique to me is probably the Bissell Tree House at John Ball Zoo because of the amazing views of the city, the trip to the space in the funicular and the glass walls in the space itself!

What is your favorite annual event in Grand Rapids?

Has got to be ArtPrize!

What is your favorite destination you've been to and why did you go there?

Iceland/Belgium/Germany/Paris - I went with my grandparents and sister to visit my Aunt and Uncle who were stationed there while my uncle was serving in the Army. I was a bit too young to get much out of it, but I loved seeing all the wonderful buildings and scenery. I would love to go back as an adult and take my daughter to experience all of the culture, artwork, food and wine!
