Cooking For Two

Cooking for two can be an endless struggle to break up packs of chicken, deal with leftovers, and just plain wonder what to do with half used cans. In this class, chefs will teach you how to make meals without all the hassle. You will make a carrot risotto with fresh herbs, roasted Cornish game hens, perfect seasoned winter vegetables, and individual apple tarts.
