The final months and days of life are frequently marked by strong emotions and hard decisions. During this time, family members face special challenges. Please join us for this two-evening event that offers information and support to families who are faced with end-of-life decisions for their loved ones. (An informal reception will precede these presentations from 5:30-6:00pm.)
