Designing the culture of any organization is a top priority for leaders. Sharing your vision, beliefs, and successes with those inside and outside of your organization is critical to overall success. Celebratory leadership is based on the premise that when you celebrate what’s right, you find a way to fix what’s wrong. Highly effective personal and organizational performance indicators highlight ways to intentionally approach a positive, innovative, and customizable framework suitable for any group. This training is for the visionaries and progressive leaders who will introduce celebratory leadership to their organizations. Discover the impact you can have, and leave with tools and techniques to initiate the practice of celebratory leadership. This course is a masterful blending of Generative Leadership principles by Karl Klimek and colleagues, along with the powerful messaging of National Geographic photographer, Dewitt Jones, www.celebratoryleadership.com.
