Partnership Payment
After filling out the Experience Grand Rapids partnership application, please submit payment by check or through PayPal below.
Gold Level partnerships are $250 and enjoy an enhanced website presence including business listing, description and images, links to your social spaces, plus business leads from Experience Grand Rapids and inclusion in our marketing materials.
Platinum Level partnerships are designed for area hotel/motel Partners and delivers all the benefits of a Gold partnership along with additional exclusive benefits. Pricing of Platinum Partners vary based on the number of rooms or a $250 minimum. Please call or email us regarding your Platinum Level partnership price.
For businesses that have meeting facilities, Experience Grand Rapids offers a Meetings Marketing Add-on. For $150 over the cost of a Gold or Platinum level partnership, meeting facilities receive an enhanced website listing and other exclusive benefits.

When?
You may join at any time. However, to be included in the annual Visitor Guide publication, you must be a partner before June 15, 2011 for the 2012 publication.
When do I renew?
Partner renewal invoices and annual information surveys are sent in February of each year. Failure to renew your membership within 60 days of receiving your invoice will cause your partnership to expire.
When does my partnership begin?
After your application and payment are processed in our office, we will mail/email you a letter welcoming you toExperience Grand Rapids. This letter contains your login name and password allowing you to access our "partner only" section on this website. The partner pages provide you with our convention calendar and local updates on the visitor and convention industry. This letter also signals that your website link and listing are active on our website.
