Staff was friendly and place was clean for most part. The price for the room was a little high for quality of property. Could hear the plumbing from every other room around or above ours. The water...
Ok for a place to stay for the night.
Staff was friendly and place was clean for most part. The price for the room was a little high for quality of property. Could hear the plumbing from every other room around or above ours. The water pipes in the walls would make noise all night from the expanding and contracting of heating and cooling. The AC unit made a lot of noise, had to turn it off to sleep. The continental breakfast was good.

I always choose their suites, they're clean and roomy. Front Desk is always accommodating. Only sm. disappoint was no reg. coffee in rm. only decaf.

Yikes! Scary describes this property. Back entrance door lock not working. Anyone can walk in off the street and it appeared a few at breakfast did just that. Paper thin walls and just generally awful. Update it or tear it down!

What a disappointment for my grand daughter, who I was taking to a dance competition last weekend! The chair in the room was filthy! I asked for a pillow for the sofa bed both nights and I was told...

What a disappointment for my grand daughter, who I was taking to a dance competition last weekend! The chair in the room was filthy! I asked for a pillow for the sofa bed both nights and I was told they had no pillows for the sofa bed! The shower was cold, when I reported it they said that " oh that usually happens on the other side of the building!! When I called the 800 number to report all of this they told me they were just taking notes and that they would give the notes to the manager, he was the one who refused to help me!! They also said he would call me, but he never did!!!!! The tv remote didn't work! The room was very noisy!!!!
