This is a perfect menu for entertaining. We'll begin with Red Pesto featuring sun-dried tomatoes on a Crostini. For a casual first course, Local Greens with French Tarragon dressing. We'll demo how to make a Basic Egg Pasta (it's so easy) and roll it into Raviolis filled with Lobster. A light and silky Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Broccoli Casalinghi - an Italian home-style broccoli with a kick, and Garlic Bread will accompany the ravioli. For dessert... Tiramisu with fresh berries.
