Now that the market is open and in full swing, we'll explore some wonderful vegetarian dishes; appetizers, soup, salad and entrée's using only the freshest, finest local offerings from our very own West Michigan farmers. You are welcome to join me early at the market if you like (8:00 a.m.) as we discover the colorful array of this weeks farm fresh offerings, or come straight to class at 9:30 a.m. Either way, we'll have loads of cooking fun! Gutsy Gazpacho Shooter, Baba Ghanoush and Herbed Pita Chips, Vegetarian Summer Rolls, Swiss Chard and Potato Strudel, and Summer Fruit Pudding. Class will be held at our Michigan Street store in our Housewares Department.
