We are a quiet restaurant located on the West side in what used to be Holly’s Landing. We are actively trying to build back up our reputation to the prestige of our former years. New staff from GRCC and Grand Valley are starting to incorporate fresh ideas and ingredients into our classic American fare menu. We are here to serve and would love for everyone to come in and enjoy the river scenery.
Course One
Flaming Beer Cheese- Kasseri cheese mixed with fresh garlic and Founder’s All Day IPA, served on fire with lemon wedges and pita.

Shrimp Cocktail- Gigantic peeled shrimp steamed in Founder’s Centennial IPA, served with spicy horseradish sauce.

Hummus- Choice of sweet potato, cilantro, garlic, or roasted red pepper made fresh to order. Served with fresh pita chips.
Course Two
Pork Fat Rules- Grilled ham steak, pulled pork, thick cut butchers bacon, with a slice of cheddar and a fried egg. Served with house made Founder’s Dirty Bastard and Mr. Pibb BBQ sauce. (If you dare!)

Thanksgiving Feast- Quartered, whole chicken marinated in rosemary, thyme and Founder’s Pale Ale. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and stuffing.

“Veganable” Risotto- Risotto tossed up with artichoke hearts, spinach, marinated sundried tomatoes, wild mushrooms, and kalamata olives drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Make it “Nonvegan” and ask for feta cheese, and sliced prime rib.
Course Three
Beer Chocolate- Founders Porter reduction mixed with dark chocolate draped over strawberries, marshmallows, banana, and gram crackers.

Float- 21+’s- Founder’s Ruebeus with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Minor’s- Michigan made root beer of the day substitutes for the Founder’s.

Elephant Ears- Vegan, you will have to taste it to believe.

Manhattan Michigan- Woodford Reserve homemade sweet vermouth and Traverse City Cherries!
