Course One

Vegetable Gazpacho – locally purchased tomatoes, onions, cucumbers & bell peppers; garnished with fresh basil & sour cream.

Mediterranean Salad – Fresh greens topped with olive blend and marinated artichoke hearts from G.B. Russo & Sons, thin shaved red onions & sun-dried tomato; served with house-made lemon-herb vinaigrette.

Course Two

Artichoke’d Salmon – Seared salmon topped with olive blend from G.B. Russo & Sons, crispy artichoke hearts & house-made garlic-herb butter; served with side of roasted garlic cauliflower mash & roasted broccolini.

Breaded Eye of Round – Local beef eye of round with an Italian style breading, roasted local tomato, drizzled with our house-made lemon-garlic sauce; served with a side of cauliflower mash & roasted broccolini.

S’mores Sundae – Graham cracker crust, warm house-made brownie, toasted marshmallows, served a la mode with chocolate drizzle, whipped topping & cherries.

McFadden’s Strawberry Shortcake – House-baked shortcake, smothered with local strawberry sauce & Irish whipped cream topping.

Pork Belly BLT - Roasted pork belly, duck bacon, spring mix, tomato, crispy onions, “Saison Yes!” sauce on Nantucket rosemary potato bread. $10.00 Pairs perfectly with New Holland Monkey King Saison.
