Social Media

Social Media has become an invaluable vehicle for getting in touch with your audience.  Which ever outlet you tap into - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter - or all three, this is the best way to reach your attendees and carry on a conversation.

Let's face it, your attendees are buzzing about your conference, from what they are looking forward to learning to what they hope to see changed.  Don't you want to be in on that conversation? 

And don't worry about the "big time commitment".  We know you have an extensive to-do list, and that's why the Convention Services Team has developed a series of tools to take the work out of being social.

 
  • Announcement Template for Members: Let all members and exhibitors know that they are all part of the process in creating and promoting a successful event. This is their invitation to join a conversation not only with the association, but all of the members involved.
  • Magazine/Newsletter Articles: We have written articles for every stage of your member's social experience. From getting started to business networking, these articles will cue your attendees to join the conversation about your event.
  • Instructions for Participation: This letter will instruct your Board Members, Speakers, and Exhibitors how you want them to participate, from frequency to goals and topics.
  • Sample Topics:  Having Trouble?  Get the conversation going with these starters.
