Nite Lites Drive-Thru Christmas Display offers more than one million lights in 40+ creative displays plus occasional visits from Santa. November 23 - January 4.
Christmas and Holiday Traditions Around the World at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park includes 300,000 lights, 40+ international trees and displays, horse-drawn carriage rides, a magical railway garden, and more. Nov. 26 - Jan. 5.
Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park hosts Santa Visits on Tuesdays, November 26 - December 17, and Roof Top Reindeer - live Reindeer in the English Perennial and Bulb Garden for pictures, petting and fun - on Saturdays from November 30 - December 21.
The Santa Train offers rides with Santa and his elves in vintage passenger cars. There's a story-telling princess, too! Saturdays & Sundays, Nov. 30 - Dec. 22.
Breakfast with Santa at The Salvation Army Kroc Center includes pancakes and eggs, storytime, crafts, a scavenger hunt and photos with Santa. Saturday, December 7.
The Sinterklaas Eve Procession in downtown Holland celebrates the arrival of St. Nicholas. In true Dutch folk tradition, he arrives on a great white horse surrounded by mischievous Zwarte Piets, who bring candy to all the children. December 7.
The annual tree lighting ceremony at Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum includes a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, a few famous reindeer, music, storytelling and free admission to the museum. Dec. 8.
Tinsel, Treats and Trolley starts with a lighting ceremony at an historic covered bridge and offers trolley rides for shopping in downtown Ada. Friday, November 30. Ada's Christmas Parade is the next morning, December 1.
The Uptown Holiday Shop Hop features six shuttles running between the stores of four business districts just east of downtown Grand Rapids. Great food, music, entertainment and sales! December 5, 4-10 pm.

Mona Shores Singing Christmas Tree at Muskegon's Frauenthal Center features a 67-foot tree on stage, decorated with 25,000 lights and surrounded by 300 singers. December 5-7.
