Grace Bible College is a Christian college in the pre-millennial, dispensational tradition. Its education programs emphasize the integration of biblical truth, ministry experience and character transformation. This emphasis pervades the entire campus as the College strives to cultivate a caring learning community where Jesus Christ is exalted and students are equipped for serving the needs of church and society.
Grace Bible College was founded as Milwaukee Bible Institute, a training center for laymen and Sunday School teachers of Milwaukee. The curriculum was broadened in 1953, and the school became Milwaukee Bible College. The College moved to Grand Rapids in 1961 and was renamed Grace Bible College.
The College offers 15 different undergraduate degree programs including a range of business, education, human services and ministry majors. Each degree program consists of three major components: general education courses, biblical and theological studies, and a vocational major. Adult and online education programs are offered in addition to traditional full-time academic schedules.
Grace Bible College has a total undergraduate enrollment of roughly 200 students. The student-faculty ratio is 16:1.
The College fields men's and women's basketball, soccer, cross-country and tennis teams; men's golf and women's volleyball teams; and various intramural teams.
Affiliated with the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA), Grace Bible College has won five National Championships, advanced to six other Final Four appearances and earned more than 20 Regional Titles.
Grace Bible College is located about four miles southwest from downtown Grand Rapids, in the suburb of Wyoming.
