Cool Brews. Hot Eats. challenges talented, local chefs to create menus inspired by the local craft beer scene.  We hope many chefs will cook food with local beer incorporated as an ingredient, or offer beer pairings with their inspired menus.

Participation is easy and there is NO cost to participate!

  1. Decide if you want to participate. If yes, send Kate a quick email to let her know to "count you in". No information is needed at this time, aside from your location name and Beer Month GR contact and email.
  2. Create 1-3 dish offerings (or more) for your menu, to be offered Feb 15-Mar 15. These can be set at any price point that you feel is best for your customers. We will publish your chosen prices.
  3. Take photos of your offerings. Horizontal photos are preferred due to our website layout. This is not a mandatory step, but really helps us in marketing your items and location. We often have the opportunity to share these photos with media too.
  4. Complete this survey by January 15:
    You will need the following to complete the survey:
    1. Complete menu offerings
    2. Customer price points of the special dishes
    3. Horizontal photos
    4. Any additional offerings that you may want to offer guests. Examples include (but are not limited to by any means) special beer flights, pairing offerings, beer dinner events, etc.
  5. Upload any other beer or music events (beer dinners, tab takeovers, collaboration events etc.) to our calendar of events. New this year! We will be focusing on Live Music during Beer Month GR. Please upload any beer and/or live music happenings taking place at your establishment between February 15 to March 15:
