    Getting to the Winter Beer Festival

    This year, Experience Grand Rapids is offering two transportation options to ensure that festival attendees get around safely: a downtown shuttle and Uber codes to help subsidize rides to participating suburban hotels.

    Downtown Shuttle to Winter Beer Festival

    There will be a shuttle running Friday and Saturday for Winter Beer Fest. The shuttles will depart at the JW Marriott Motor Lobby and run on a continuous loop to Fifth Third Ballpark.

    • Friday departures will begin at 3:30 PM and will continue to run 1-hour post festival.
    • Saturday departures will begin at 11:00 AM and will continue to run 1-hour post festival.

    Shuttle tickets are $10 round trip and are available for purchase at the link below. Coaches are provided by Cardinal Buses. Logistics handled by DezziRides.

    Important Note: Shuttle tickets do not include admission into the festival, enthusiast hour, or any other aspect of the Winter Beer Festival. Round trip transportation only is included as outlined above.

    Uber Codes - Participating Hotels

    The locations listed below are participating in the Winter Beer Fest Shuttle Uber Code promotion. Book a room at one of these participating hotels and receive a $20 Uber code (one per guest room) to help transport you safely the day of the festival. Just make your reservation at the hotel, let them know that you are coming for Winter Beer Fest, and then request your code upon check in.
