2. Next:
   Email Kate just to let us know you are planning to participate (the sooner the better so we can start getting a rough estimate for media requests): KHerron@ExperienceGR.com
    
3. By Monday, October 23:
   IMPORTANT DEADLINE!
   Finalize your cocktails and shared plate offerings. Upload them here. A copy will be sent to your  for your records.
   
   You will need to know the items names and descriptions, as well as if they are gluten free, vegetarian, nut free, dairy free. There is also a place to submit photos of menu items for promotional use, if you have them. These may be sent to media outlets too!
    
4. October 31:
   Experience GR to announce menus and participants to the media. You can help spread the word on this day by sharing our posts from Cocktail Week GR and including Cocktail Week GR in upcoming newsletters.
    
5. November 8-19:
   Cocktail Week GR!

Participating locations can download the Cocktail Week GR logo for promotional use in JPG format here. I will email out the EPS format (we cannot link to EPS on our website) for those of you that would like to use it.

Some ideas for logo use:

• Add the logo to your special Cocktail Week GR Menu
• Use it on social media to tell your audience you are participating
• Include the logo in a newsletter to your audience to spread the word
• ...And more!
