aka Facilitator in Chief

Abby has a talent for facilitating gatherings and conversations. She puts that skill to use in planning, coordinating and executing all Experience Grand Rapids Board of Director meetings, as well as all internal staff meetings and functions. She also serves at the primary Executive Assistant to our CEO, Doug Small.

Abby can organize meetings and maintain schedules with the efficiency of a military campaign, but interpersonal relations are the real secret of her success. Starting in her days as Office Manager at Grand Action, a driving force behind downtown Grand Rapids development, she’s built a network of connections with community leaders and visionaries – contacts that continually prove invaluable to both her job and the mission of Experience Grand Rapids.
