Jade supports the Manager and Director of Convention Services by ensuring that meeting organizers and attendees get all the information they need to make the most of their time in Grand Rapids. She also oversees the hard work of our volunteers, who are a vital part of our service to clients.
Jade began her tenure with us as a Community Relations Intern, in conjunction with her studies at Grand Valley State University. Her performance led to a part-time job as Services Assistant and the eventual promotion to her current position.
“I love being able to promote and be a part of the growth of my city,” says Jade. She also enjoys the connections she’s making across the city and across the country.
