Maria helps ensure smooth sailing for our very active events schedule. She plans and organizes engaging events for meeting planners and community partners, assists the sales teams with managing dozens of trade shows each year and coordinates our gift program for clients. And she makes it all look effortless!
“I love being able to make someone’s trip here special with fun, creative events, personalized touches and unique local gifts,” says Maria.
Maria held a variety of jobs prior to joining Experience Grand Rapids – including bartender at The B.O.B., installations specialist at a software firm and art instructor at Brush Studio. (She’s a talented painter.) This diverse experience was ideal training for the many different demands of her current position.
