Laura leads Experience Grand Rapids’ social media strategy, which continually evolves to keep pace with new technology, culture and travel trends. This position gives her carte blanche to keep checking her smartphone during meetings.
Laura is also responsible for directing our visual content efforts, including design and photography. That necessitates spending a lot of time out in the community searching for attention-getting stories and images.
Ever the collaborator, Laura credits the many people who work hard to make Grand Rapids a “clean, friendly and happening” destination for making her job easier. “And more fun!”
