DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, GRAND RAPIDS PRIDE FESTIVAL 2020 HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
One of the largest one-day events in Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids Pride Festival is an event that brings LGBTQ community members, LGBTQ businesses, allies, and organizations together to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and celebrating who you are Proud To Be! With over 150 vendors, a Community Stage featuring local LGBTQ artists, the Family Fun Zone, and the Main Stage featuring local drags queens and three national artists, Grand Rapids Pride Festival 2020 will offer something for everyone.
Going into its 32nd year in 2020, Grand Rapids Pride Festival works to create a safe, open, and inclusive environment for Grand Rapids community members to come out and celebrate who they are!
The LBGTQ community is a vital part of the social fabric of Grand Rapids. Each June, the city celebrates LGBTQ residents and their contributions with a fun and fabulous Pride Festival – complete with live music, dance, food & drink, and more. All are invited to join in the fun!
From local drag divas to national headliners like En Vogue and Mýa, the festival presents top-caliber entertainment even as it educates LBGTQers and straight allies about supportive local resources. Befitting Grand Rapids’ reputation as a family-friendly city, it also includes a family fun zone with kid-friendly activities and adventures.
Additional pride-related events are typically held in the week leading up to the festival. Check the Festival’s Facebook pageOpens in New Window for the most current schedule.
