Advanced Pasta - Cooking Class

Ready to step it up a notch in your pasta-making abilities? If you’ve got dough rolling down, and already create your own basic pasta recipes, you’ll want to join us for this advanced pasta class. In this class, you’ll create fresh colored pastas, potato gnocchi, tortellini, Bolognese sauce, butter sage wine sauce, and cream sauce with prosciutto.
