Class Description: If you’re an adventurous cook looking to expand your repertoire, this is the class for you! From sous-vide to salt block cooking, you’ll get hands-on experience with the advanced techniques you’ve always wanted to try. Our instructor will walk you through the steps for using a pressure cooker and show you how to add incredible flavor with a smoking gun. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice creating everything from a French curry blend and classic butter sauce to a unique vinaigrette from scratch. After mastering these impressive skills, you’ll look forward to treating friends and family to amazing, restaurant-style dishes at home.
