An event formerly known as "Ginger vs Ginger," this event is an Aperitivo favorite!
Despite still having "gingers" on staff, we have decided to reconceptualize our competition just a bit.
This year our dear friends Karina (returning champion), of Great Lakes Wine and Sprits, and Tim, of U.S. Wine Imports, will be joining us again but with brand new Aperitivo partners! Each team (the babes and the beards) will pair 4 wines and 4 cheeses. You, as the guest, will taste all 8 pairings and rate each in order to help us crown a champion!
