In this very special hands-on class, you’ll learn how to incorporate peak-of-season tomatoes into a variety of savory dishes. Our chef instructor will share secrets for everything from quick pickling to making a crostata pastry from scratch. You’ll laugh and learn alongside classmates as you practice making everyone’s favorite cold summer soup. Plus, we’ll show you all the ins and outs of cooking risotto to creamy perfection.
