Our instructor will walk you through all the essentials for prepping and cooking pumpkin. You’ll work alongside classmates honing knife skills and practicing techniques for roasting, creating pan sauce and making a creamy risotto. Plus, we’ll finish on a sweet note as we incorporate the flavors of everyone’s favorite fall fruit into an amazing homemade doughnut.
