Amazing food based on the best of New Orleans! We wil lean hot to make a shrimp etouffee by whisking a dark roux to smother our delicate gulf shrimp and build a robust and delicious one pot meal. Elevate red beans with Cajun spices, spicy andouille sausage and then fry up those yummy cornmeal fritters known as Hush Puppies! We will end with a true classic - Bananas Foster.
