Class Description: If you’re intrigued by the wide variety of culinary spices but aren’t sure where to begin, this is the class for you. Our instructor will introduce you to the art—and wonder—of cooking with spices. We'll share secrets for identifying spices, toasting and grinding them to achieve maximum flavor, and even creating your own spice blends. You'll work alongside classmates as we prepare a menu of simple dishes that allow spices to shine. Then we'll finish on a refreshingly sweet note with homemade chai ice cream.
