Local chefs, Jenna Arcidacono of Amore Trattoria Italiana, Jeremy Paquin of Grove, Chris Weimer of Linear and Ryan Martin of Zoko 822 will be heating up the kitchen creating some fabulous dishes using a basket of mystery ingredients, while entertaining the audience with their cooking skills. After each round of cooking, chefs will face the panel of judges to learn their fate: Will they move on to the next round or be CHOPPED?
Emcee, Matt Sova, and guest auctioneer, Joe Schmidt, will keep the audience engaged and laughing throughout the night while guests dine on Caribbean inspired food and enjoy a cash bar. Live and silent auction items will be up for bid.
All proceeds from the event will be used to purchase a permanent school building for The Power of Education School Port au Prince, Haiti. The school, which serves 240 students grades K-9, is currently run out of a rented building. School Principal, Jordan Fleurant, will also be in attendance to share stories and experiences from the school.
