Executive Chef Chris Gribble of CityFlatsHotel will be creating a special 3-course dinner with pairings from Deschutes Brewery. This dinner offers a great way to meet fellow beer-lovers and enjoy a night out downtown Grand Rapids!
1st course— Crab Cake Soufflé w/ Avocado Hollandaise
Our traditional crab cake mix with egg whites folded in, then oven baked. Served with an Avocado Hollandaise and a Micro Green Salad.
Beer Feature: Paired with a Fresh Haze IPA
2nd course— Pan Seared Beef Medallions w/ Blue Cheese Butter, Red Wine Demi and Grilled Buttermilk Onions
Served with crispy Brussel sprouts and buttermilk Yukon mashed potatoes.

3rd course— Vanilla and Lemon Poached Pears stuffed with Mascarpone Cheese and finished with a Ginger Crème Anglaise.
