Class Description: Perfect for kids heading off to college or anyone who needs a little help in the kitchen, our intro cooking class covers a variety of basic, easy-to-master techniques. Our chef instructor will demonstrate essential knife skills, and you’ll get plenty of hands-on practice as we prep fresh ingredients. We’ll walk you step by step through the fundamentals of cooking grains, making soup from scratch and perfectly roasting chicken. You’ll discover how simple it can be to make vinaigrette from scratch and put your own spin on salad using any greens and grains. Plus, we’ll end on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate mousse made with just three ingredients.
