Cooking For Two

Cooking for two can be an endless struggle—breaking up packs of chicken, dealing with leftovers, and just plain wondering what to do with half-used cans. In this class, our chef will teach you how to make meals without all the hassle. You will make a carrot risotto with fresh herbs, roasted cornish game hens, tasty seasoned vegetables, and individual apple tarts.
