Making a successful dish is about more than just great flavor, it’s a sensory experience! In this class, you will learn how to smell, feel, and hear your way to cooking delicious meals by creating sour cherry jam with fried sage, grilled rum pineapple, white chocolate steak bites, and a delightful miso soup.
