Class Description: Recreate the magic of springtime in Italy right in your own kitchen. In this fun, hands-on class, our instructor will show you new ideas for using seasonal favorites like asparagus, sweet peas and fresh herbs. You’ll enjoy working alongside your date and other couples as you practice creating homemade ravioli—from mixing, rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking it to perfection. We’ll walk you through the steps for making vinaigrette, pesto and a classic roasted appetizer. Plus, we’ll add a little dolce (sweetness) to the evening by transforming one of Italy’s most popular desserts into a creamy gelato.
