Date Night: Surf and Turf

You’ll never want to settle for a typical steakhouse fare after experiencing our twist on surf and turf. Join us for this date night class and learn how to spice up steak with an espelette pepper rub and brighten seared shrimp with a blood orange citrus vinaigrette. You will practice roasting fingerling potatoes and adding lemon and chilie, and then balance the meal with a winter-inspired fennel and olive citrus salad. For a sweet finish, we’ll prepare a creamy buttermilk panna cotta dessert that’s perfect for sharing.
