Students will conduct hands-on investigations of authentic Museum specimens to learn about how plants and animals adapt to their environment in order to survive. Students will explore aspects of camouflage, how vision influences the predator/prey relationship, seed dispersal for plant reproduction, mimicry for symbiosis and connections between tooth structure and diet.
When purchasing, you will select the number of sessions you are interested in for your student(s). Once purchased, the GRPM will reach out to you for specific registration in classes, and with link to the medical and photography release form. Class offerings will be updated if sessions sell out.

COVID Precautionary Measures
Various safety measures will be in place to ensure a low-risk environment for learners and educators. Prior to entering the Museum, students will complete a brief health-screening at drop-off. Due to capacity limits, classes will be limited to eight students, and parents will not be able to participate in programming. Face masks will be required during class sessions. GRPM educators will also complete a health screening before each session, prior to arrival.
