Class Description: Opa! Take a vacation from everyday fare and explore the big, bold flavors of the Greek isles. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn traditional Greek techniques for everything from grilling chicken and cooking with grains to creating sizzling cheese at home. Our instructor will show you how to easily enhance dishes with fresh herbs and make your own tzatziki sauce from scratch. Then we’ll round out our incredible Mediterranean meal with a dessert featuring Greek yogurt and fresh summer fruit.
