Free Yoga at the Ballroom at McKay

Improve your mindfulness and health at this free community event!

Discover your inner yogi in a class that builds strength and body awareness. Begin with gentle stretching and move to flowing through and holding poses. Class will come to a restful end.

Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and yoga mat if possible.

Getting to the Ballroom:
• Enter McKay Tower through the main entrance
• Take the elevator to the second floor
