In this hands-on class, our instructor will share secrets for everything from cooking legumes to perfectly grilling seafood. You'll hone knife skills alongside classmates, working your way through plenty of fresh produce. We'll walk you through the steps for making masa cakes, vinaigrette and tomatillo sauce from scratch. Plus, we'll show you how to create a refreshing dessert that's packed with flavor, not calories.
