Class Description: Whether you’re new to grilling or simply looking to expand your repertoire, join us for this fun, hands-on class. Our instructor will cover essential grilling techniques and show you how to create an entire meal on the grill—from appetizers to dessert. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice making bread dough and pesto for an incredible grilled crostini. We’ll share tips and tricks for grilling everything from chicken and veggies to fresh summer fruit. Plus, you’ll learn how to take grilled dishes to a whole new level with homemade sauces. Once you discover how easy and versatile grilling can be, you’ll look forward to showcasing your skills at the next summer cookout.
