In this class, we will explore soul-satisfying Italian flavors. Join us to practice assembling rigatoni noodles with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella to form an impressive honeycomb pattern. You will try your hand at preparing Italian sausage by adding your own spices and sautéing broccoli rabe. For dessert, we’ll fry round Italian doughnuts called bomboloni, roll them in sugar and pipe them with creamy chocolate hazelnut filling.
