You can also apply to qualify for our Flea Fare Fund, a Fund based on local contributors to help get one dream, passion, idea ready for a first time vendor launch.

If you are seeking an application to be a participant at one of our events, please be advised that we work with and foster the development of a community of responsible emerging businesses that want to make a positive impact on our future by implementing social, socio-economic and environmental practices into their business models and operations. We do not allow any single serving units of plastic at our events. Plastic may be used for display items but anything purchased must be packaged in paper, recyclable or compostable material. Food is not an exemption. All food must be showcased with a clear covering and delivered to customers with a napkin or paper box/bag. In addition, each vendor is required to keep a purpose card at their booth describing their ethically responsible credentials. Every decision The Vendor Exchange makes is in an effort to create a positive change on social, socio-economic and environmental issues. This includes fostering the development of and providing sales opportunities for our collaborating partners. Thank you.
