For five, fun-filled days, your favorite kitchen helper will get plenty of hands-on practice - from baking and decorating a celebration cake to crafting homemade honeycomb cannelloni to super crispy fried chicken. We'll cover essential techniques and basic knife skills, giving kids a great foundation for a sometime of cooking. Classes run about two hours each and last for five consecutive days. Your chefs will enjoy generous samples of each delicious dish and take home a packet of recipes and a Sur La Table apron.
