Kombucha Workshop

Kombucha is a fermented beverage dating back almost 3,000 years and has been used in many cultures as a beneficial drink for digestion, inflammation, immune function, and countless other uses including skin toner. Geoff Lamden is a naturopath and a foodie who has brewed kombucha for over a decade and will teach you how to do it too, talk about proper handling, clear up myths, and talk about possible health benefits. Class Limited to any and all who show up. Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a "symbiotic 'colony' of bacteria and yeast" (SCOBY). SCOBYs available for additional $10 purchase.
