We are hosting a series of free summer conditioning / skills camps to help women learn the basics of football and run through non-contact drills with the team. No experience or equipment is necessary. Just bring water and wear comfortable workout clothes. Cleats are recommended as we will be on the grass but tennis shoes are okay.
Attending a mini-camp does not commit you to joining the team. Grab a female friend and come learn the basics of football for free. If nothing else, it will be a fun workout.
