Music has the incredible power to make connections, promote positive coping, bring comfort & hope, and foster cherished memories; but how exactly? In this multi-media presentation focusing on music therapy and Alzheimer’s disease, participants will learn and experience the research and practice behind this exciting field. This one-hour seminar includes live demonstrations, original songs, and a review of current music therapy interventions with patients and caregivers touched by Alzheimer’s disease.
