Join us for a special, all abilities friendly night out! John Ball Zoo will be open after normal hours just for Ben's Hope and all our friends!
Thanks to our generous sponsors, your ticket not only gets you into the zoo but also supports the work of Benjamin's Hope. So bring a friend!
This feels like a much needed night out after a year of so many nights in. And we are grateful for the opportunity to host a fundraiser as well! As a ministry, costs have risen dramatically in the past year. We have also had to cancel many of our fun events throughout the year - most notably Harvest Festival. Please join in this fundraiser and celebrate a night out with one another!
The zoo's attractions will be open until 9pm (although some of the animals do turn in for the night around 8pm).

Please bring your people to this special, all abilities-friendly night! Don't let cost be a barrier. If your group requires special pricing, contact us today:

See you at the zoo!

Is the whole zoo open???
Because it is after hours, staff for the food kiosks and special attractions like high ropes and camel rides, the gift shop and restaurants will not be available. But all of the animal attractions will be open! You will also be able to feed the Budgies! Pro tip: save the indoor attractions for last because those animals stay awake the longest.

Are we allowed to bring snacks and water bottles into the zoo?
Absolutely! The zoo only asks that you leave glass bottles, alcohol, pets and tobacco at home.

Should we park somewhere special for this event?
You are welcome in any of the zoo's guest lots. There are handicap spots available in both lots.

Do we need to stay the whole time?
This is an unstructured event. You are welcome to arrive any time after 6pm and the zoo will close for the night at 9pm. You may come and go as you wish during that time.

I want to come but what if that is too much walking for me?
The zoo does have some wheelchairs available to borrow for free. You are also welcome to join our very own Joel Meyer in the seating area outside the penguin exhibit for an informal music gathering. This is a great stop for anyone who needs a break or prefers a worship sing-along to visiting the animal exhibits.

We can't make it but I love this idea and want to support Ben's Hope. How can I help?
Join us in praying for the event's success.
Help spread the word by inviting others to the event!
