Join the GRPM with Brewery Vivant on April 19th to learn about the science of brewing, from biochemical and microbiological principles to beer styles, raw ingredients and techniques. Part of Michigan State University’s Statewide Science Festival. The event will begin with a 7 p.m. tour and discussion on the science of making and drinking beer.
Must be 21 or older to participate. A cash bar will be available to partake in samplings.
