Class Description: Grilling seafood may seem daunting, but this class will show you how simple and satisfying it can be. Our instructor will share tips for taking advantage of what's available at the market, along with techniques for properly handling, cleaning and cooking seafood. We’ll walk you through a variety of ways to cook fish and shellfish—from traditional grilling to enhancing flavor with a salt block or cedar plank. Plus, you’ll learn how to take seafood to a whole new level with your own homemade sauces.
