Class Description: In this fun, hands-on class, we’ll show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into an assortment of classic, delicious tapas. Our instructor will introduce you to the authentic flavors of Spain and share secrets for making two traditional sauces from scratch. You’ll work alongside classmates practicing techniques for cooking shellfish, grilling vegetables and creating the ultimate Spanish-style omelet featuring spicy chorizo. Join us and discover how easy it can be to master a menu of scrumptious small bites perfect for parties, family gatherings or anytime the craving strikes.
